Underneath we have gathered information about how you shop at Trædrejerbutikken from Deutschland.
At Trædrejerbutikken we love to do business with foreign customers. Currently we deal with shoppers from Sweden, Finland, Norway, Faroe Islands, Italy, Spain, Greece, Greenland among others. However we only operate from a Danish web domain (.dk) and all support is either in Danish or English. We therefore only provide support from a Danish phone number and a Danish E-mail address. Moreover you shop with Danish terms of trade. Extended terms can be found here (only in Danish).
All prices are set in Danish currency incl. Danish VAT(Dkr.). If you shop as a company outside Denmark, we will subtract VAT. How ever in order to do so, you will have to enter a valid VAT number. There is a separate column for it, it is called “CVR nummer”.
We provide a 10% discount on purchases extending 2500 Dkr. The discount does not apply to machines, special offers, or items where it is described that it is not included in the 10% discount.
If the amount of the purchase extends 2500 Dkr. and none of the items are machines or special offers, we will manually subtract the discount, when we receive the order in our system.

We gladly deliver to Deutschland. We ship using GLS. Your order ships directly to your home.
0-1kg the shipping cost is 143 Dkr.
1-5kg the shipping cost is 173 Dkr.
5-10kg the shipping cost is 211 Dkr.
10-15kg the shipping cost is 268 Dkr.
15-20kg the shipping cost is 314 Dkr.
20-25kg the shipping cost is 406 Dkr.
Provided that all items are in stock, the delivery is estimated to 3-6 workdays.
If you wish to return your order, or separate items from your order, please contact us beforehand, either by phone +45 40 97 87 87 or E-mail email@example.com. Unless other is agreed on forehand, you must pay for the costs of the return shipping.
COMPLAINTS AND WARRENTY
As a consumer you have 2 years warranty on all items purchased at Trædrejerbutikken, which means that in case of defects in the item delivered, you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. Of course, this means that the complaint must be justified.
Any errors or defects in delivery from tredrejerbutikken.dk must be claimed in reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to indicate and, on request, indicate the defect or defect.
If you find an error, you should quickly contact Trædrejerbutikken. In principle, you can only complain about errors that occur within 2 years after you have received the goods.

Sale of machines can only take place with prior agreement with Trædrejerbutikken. We need to gather tenders of shipment, in order to give an exact price for the shipping costs.
IN CASE OF TRANSPORT DAMAGE – check your order within 5 days of delivery
Upon receipt of the order, the buyer is obliged to examine the goods immediately to ascertain whether the goods delivered are in accordance with the order. Any transport damage must be stated on the consignment note and be notified in writing to Trædrejerbutikken within 5 days of receipt of the item.
